Western Tube & Conduit Corporation was established in October of 1964. Our company began operations in a small factory located in Vernon, California. At that time, we had one tube mill which produced conduit. In 1975 we built our present facility which is located in Long Beach, California. WTC has grown steadily during the years and currently is the largest manufacturer of conduit, mechanical tube, and fence post on the West Coast. Our plant in Long Beach is 380,000 square feet, located on a site of 21 acres. We presently have six high speed tube mills, one steel slitting line, plus facilities for finishing.
We currently employ 260 people and have a capacity for over 18,000 tons of our products per month, processing over 150,000 tons annually. We maintain our own Engineering Department, as well as, a complete electrical and mechanical department. Our staff has many years’ experience and training in the production of all types of tubing.
